This equipment is a tubular sterilizer specially designed for the laboratory of the R&D center of various universities and production units to obtain test data. The filling skid is installed after the UHT, and is used for filling materials after sterilization. It is an independent working unit. The system is equipped with aseptic filling valve, aseptic laminar flow hood, ozone generator, ultraviolet sterilizer, etc., which makes the filling process easy to operate. It can realize continuous filling only by foot switch and hand-held packaging materials. Produce samples in batches, fill the indoor air with a degree of purification of one hundred, and can automatically perform CIP and SIP for the entire test line.
