Strategic Cooperation with Doctor Liu

Developing new food technology in Cereal Drink

Cereal Drink is becoming more and more popular as we are more focus on the health. Our company is inviting Doctor Liu to work closely with us to developing new process. Doctor Liu was graduated from The University of Tennessee.

Cereal Drink is one of most important Health Drink in Health Beverage Sub-Category. Currently, we can see Oateo Drink, Rice Flavor Drink and so on. Those nutritious cereal drink is rich in fibres, especially beta glucan, which is known to help reduce cholesterol. This easy to prepare cereal drink makes plants fun to consume as a beverage as well! So far the most challenges are how to make the taste better and easier to consumer in Body.

We are planning to invite Doctor Liu to work with us and developing recipe in his laboratory, at mean time we can also test the new recipe and process in our company pilot line. We believe we can success if we are merging his professional knowledge and our equipment experience properly.
