This Multi-functional Extraction machine is applying to extract oil, tea, medicine, protein from plants. It's typical application in R&D department and some lab office, and also can be pilot using for small amount  production.

Principle of extracting:

1. Water extraction: water and Chinese traditional medicine according to certain proportion to inner tank, open the jacket steam stop valve and start to heating extraction. In the extraction process, can produce a large amount of steam, the secondary steam goes through foam catcher to cooler for condensation, then into the cooler for cooling, and then into the oil-water separator for separation, condensate liquid goes back into the extracting tank so until the extract is terminated. when extracting liquid reaches the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.
2. Alcohol extraction: drugs and alcohol be put into the inner tank by certain proportion first, must work at sealing condition,, open the jacketed begin evaporating into the valve for steam heating extraction. In the extraction process, within the tank will produce a large amount of steam, the secondary steam from the steam vent for discharge, through foam catcher to cooler for condensing, again into the cooler for cooling, then enter the gas-liquid separation for separation, making the residual not cold gas escape from upper condenser, liquid reflux to extractor, so until the extract is terminated, when extracting liquid reaches the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.

3. 0il extraction: putting traditional Chinese medicines which contains volatile oil in to extractor first, open the circulating valve of oil separator, close the bypass back flow valve, and open the jacket steam valve, when reaches evaporating temperature, open the cooling water for cooling, the cooling liquid should maintain a certain level of errands separation in the separator.
4. Forced circulation: In the extraction process, to improve extracting efficiency, can make medicine force circulation by pump(But for medicine with more starchy and larger viscous, extraction forced.circulation is not applicable), that is, medicine liquid from the bottom of tank to put liquid pipe out, through the double filter, and then reflux to tank with liquid pump for extraction.

Machine Feature:

A, Mushroom Type Extracting Tank

The appearance is big at the top and small at the bottom, with the shape of mushroom. The top is big so that the boiling has large buffering space without running away of materials The bottom is small so that the heat transfer of medicine liquid is rapid,the heating time is short and the extraction efficiency is higher.

B, Normal Taper Type Extracting Tank(traditional Type)

It takes smaller space, so it is widely used in extracting workshops, Bottom heating is provided on the residue discharging door, which makes the extraction of medicine materials more complete.

C, Straight Cylindrical Type Extracting Tank
With long and thin appearance, it takes larger space, which benefits heat transfer and medium transfer, so that the leaching and heating time is shortened, and the extraction efficiency is enhanced. It is suitable for alcohol extraction and percolation systems.

Structure composition of multi-function extractor:

The whole set extractor consists of extractor, foam catcher, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, material pump, double filter and internal connection line. Extractor body includes cylinder, jacket layer, insulation layer, support lugs, pnuematic slag door, working platform, etc; extractor insulation layer adopts Aluminum silicate rock woo as insulation material. Inner cylinder adopts high quality SUS304/316L, jacket adopts whole sealing, outer cylinder SUS304 Frosted glass plate. Inside tank is equipped with CIP cleaning ball, thermometer, anti-expansion view lamp, sight glass, quick-open feeding inlet, etc, to make sure easy operation, and in accordance with GMP standard.Having the advantages of evenly solvent distributed, easy slag, etc.
