It is used together with aseptic bag filler to form an aseptic system which is applied for fruit paste (tomato paste, mango puree, banana puree, peach paste, apricot paste, strawberry jam, chilli paste, etc.), fruit juice concentrate (apple juice, citrus juice, apple juice, pomegranate juice, etc.), fruit juice/paste with pulp/granules, syrup, dairy products and other liquid product. It has twokinds of structure (four layer concentric tube in tube structure and multi-tubular structure) for choose, which depends on the product’s fluency and processing capacity.

1-     Four layer concentric tube in tube structure and each elementconsisting of one external shell pipe containing spiral pipes where the product is flowing, creating a circuit of superheated water or cooling water in cross flow with regard to the direction in which the product is proceeding so as to get a maximum heat exchanging area.

2-     Consisting of heating stage, holding stage (sterilizing), cooling stage and product returning stage.

3-     Firstly heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp, then hold the product under the temp for a period to sterilize the product thoroughly, then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or with chilled water together as per the product’s processing requirements.

4-     Full food class sanitary stainless steel structure;

5-     Full auto. PLC control system, human machine interface (English/Chinese)operation and manual buttons as standby so as to online monitor and control the whole system’s running.

6-     The sterilizing temp and time is adjustable.

7-     To run together with aseptic bag filler.

8-     CIP and auto SIP available together with aseptic filler.

9-     Auto alarm and diagnosis system. For example, auto backtrack if not enough sterilization
